Bereavement often triggers Depression, Low Self-esteem and Anxiety
I am fully qualified in these subjects and will help you with them.

My counselling rooms are located near Pangbourne, my local clients come from Newbury, Reading, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Streatly and in South Oxfordshire Goring, Caversham and Henley.

Most of my work is by video (Zoom, Google Meet or Skype). I have clients across the UK, some in Europe and even Australia, Thailand and North America.

Please contact me if you have questions about grief and bereavement counselling. If you are looking for therapy we will probably schedule an intial call to discuss your problem and how I can help.

Free assessment

I provide a free 20 minute session. This enables you to understand about me, how I would work with you and how I can help you. It is important that we both feel confident to work with each other.

If I do not answer your initial call, it is probably because I am in session with a client. Therefore if you get my answering message, please leave your details and I will get back to you.
